About the Interactive Movie Analysis Club Events:
Ever wondered what we can learn from the heroes and heroines, dragons and villains, witches and magicians-scientists in our modern myths?
Where are we as individuals subject to the same "quest or struggle" as the protagonist?
How can we "own" our unconscious projections and use it to self-realise our hidden potential?
Can our modern myths be used for our personal development; by increasing our consciousness about the archetypal influences these stories mirror back to us?
These interactive movie analysis events are for all who are interested in the crossroads between movie, theatre, art and our collective and individual psyche.
At the club, you will meet others who want to understand the symbolic and universal motifs that are impacting our lives, our destinies and our imagination.

Join us and analyse in subgroups with other adventurers what the world would be like if instead of paying back, we would pay it forward."

Questions to evaluate:
What if the world is just a big disappointment?
Unless we take the things we don't like about the world and we flip them upside down and we start doing that today?
What is required for an action to change our world?
What do we have to conquer if we truly are to change the world? What is in the world of the Possible?
What do we gain when we pay it forward?
What stops us from paying it forward?
All proceeds of the movie event will be donated to the "Pay it Forward" Foundation.

Storyline:
Young Trevor McKinney, troubled by his mother's alcoholism and fears of his abusive but absent father, is caught up by an intriguing assignment from his new social studies teacher, Mr. Simonet. The assignment: think of something to change the world and put it into action. Trevor conjures the notion of paying a favor not back, but forward--repaying good deeds not with payback, but with new good deeds done to three new people. Trevor's efforts to make good on his idea bring a revolution not only in the lives of himself, his mother and his physically and emotionally scarred teacher, but in those of an ever-widening circle of people completely unknown to him. Joseph Campbell was an expert on mythology. He did a program on public television called The Power of Myth and he wrote a famous book called The Hero with a Thousand Faces. Campbell said all myths used the same ideas and the heroes went through adventures that were alike. All myths had the same journey more or less.
